Nicki Minaj looked unimpressed with Jennifer Lopez's opening number at AMAs

Jennifer Lopez paid homage to 2015’s biggest hits during her opening dance routine at the American Music Awards on Sunday, which included Nicki Minaj’s “Anaconda, although the song was actually released in 2014. But when the camera panned to Minaj, many social media users pointed out that she hardly looked impressed.

Minaj, who won the awards for Favorite Rap/Hip-Hop Artist and Favorite Album for The Pinkprint, responded to a fan on Twitter and denied throwing shade at Lopez.

She responded to a Twitter user who wrote that her “facial expression says it all” by tweeting back, “lol says what all? I'm looking at my own face on the screen when I'm looking to the right. I turn Bak & look @ her.”
