Sofia Vergara might play Ed O’Neil’s TV wife on Modern Family now, but Katey Sagal did it first on Married…with Children. In an eerie crossover photo posted on Wednesday, Vergara dressed up as Sagal’s Peggy Bundy.

“Do you like this look Ed Oneal???” Vergara, who plays Gloria Pritchett on the Emmy-winning show, wrote as a caption to her Instagram photo.
Married…with Children aired on Fox from 1987-1997, also starring Christina Applegate and David Faustino as the Bundys’ kids Kelly and Bud.
As we previously reported, Applegate and Faustino confirmed a spin-off show is in the works, and the whole cast has agreed “to do little bits in it.”
Both Sagal and Vergara came together to attend O’Neill’s Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony in 2011. What do you think – did Vergara pull off Peggy’s look?
