Now that Kate Hudson is back on the market, she didn’t waste much time moving on from her broken engagement to Muse frontman Matthew Bellamy.
The actress has reportedly moved on with Dancing with the Stars pro Derek Hough, whom she’s been dancing with for years.
Sources told Us Weekly that Hudson, 35, was seen out with Hough, 29, in Los Angeles recently having dinner and drinks at Nice Guy Restaurant, where they stayed until after they closed.
Last year, she talked to Shape magazine about dancing and mentioned Hough’s name. "My heart is really in contemporary jazz, but lately I’ve been ballroom dancing with Derek Hough. It’s been a real blast.”
Hudson has two children; 10-year-old Ryder with ex-husband Chris Robinson and 3-year-old Bingham with Bellamy.
Her rep confirmed her split from Bellamy this week, saying they’ve been “separated for some time now.” Their last public appearance was late last month at Hudson’s mom Goldie Hawn’s "Love In For Kids" charity event.
