Former Spice Girl Mel B, who’s now a judge on Simon Cowell’s X Factor, has revealed her previous relationships with women before she got married in 2007.
She’s now “happily married” to Stephen Belafonte for seven years, but told British television host Alan Carr that she experimented with women for a “few years.”
Daily Mail reports rumors of Mel B being bisexual surfaced earlier this year when she was seen getting close with another female while partying on a yacht in Australia with her husband there as well.
She’s also been linked to women over the years since becoming famous with the Spice Girls.
“Yeah. I was one of those for a few years,” she told Carr about being with women. When Carr asked if she would call herself a lesbian, she said “I would not call it that. I was just one of those ladies. Now I'm happily married.”
According to Huffington Post, she told Howard Stern last year that she was in a relationship with a woman for five years. She also revealed she had kissed all of her Spice Girls group members.
“I kissed all of them, yes. I got my tongue pierced and I wanted to try out my tongue piercing and so I kissed them all,” she said.
