Frozen and Breaking Bad aren’t usually put in the same sentence, but one YouTube group brought them together in a bizarrely poignant animated parody.
In the video, popular YouTube group Animeme came up with a new set of lyrics for the Frozen song “Do You Want To Build A Snowman” and replaced the snowman with a less innocent meth lab. Walter White, Bryan Cranston’s character in the original AMC series, sings to Jesse Pinkman (Aaron Paul in the series), asking him if they want to go out and cook meth together.
“Do you want to build a meth lab?/Come on let’s go and cook/I never see you anymore,” Walter sings. “Come out the door/Let’s make our product by the book!”
The video isn’t that funny, but it really does for Breaking Bad what the original song did for Frozen. You’ve got two main characters who used to work together well and one wants to recapture that glory. Except here, we’re talking about drugs, not snow.
