Hawaii Five-O actress Autumn Reeser has split from her husband Jesse Warren after five years of marriage. They share two children; Finn, 3½, and Dashiell, 11 months.
Reeser, 34, has credits such as The O.C. and Entourage under her belt.
"I can confirm that Autumn and Jesse have filed for divorce," her rep told People. "It is completely amicable, and they remain committed to raising their two sons together."
Reeser asked for joint physical and legal custody of their sons together in her paperwork, which also cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split. She also asked the judge to forgo paying Warren child support.
TMZ reports Reeser’s active career is more lucrative than her estranged husband’s, who has a web series called The Bannen Way.
Reeser, who’s also known for roles in Necessary Roughness and No Ordinary Family, married Warren in May 2009. They reportedly split last month.
