Pharrell has just released his second collection with Uniqlo.
His second collection, named “i am OTHER,” celebrates uniqueness in fashion. The collection features graphic tees and sweatshirts with phrases like “the same is lame” and “focus on the present” reports BET .
In addition to sweatshirts and tees, the collection also features brightly colored jackets and hats.
Earlier this year the producer debuted his first collection with Uniqlo.
Together they released both men’s and women’s t-shirts in a range of colors and patterns. He also released several styles of baseball caps in the initial launch reports Billboard. The superstar producer has become well known for his unique sense of style, often walking red carpets wearing giant hats and tracksuits.
The collection is very affordable for fans, since everything is under $50. Part of the proceeds from the collection goes to From One Hand to AnOTHER which is a foundation close to the music man’s heart. The foundation helps children in improvised communities get the tools they need to reach their goals.
Pharrell raved about his collection after it debuted, saying “When I first tried some of the things we produced on, I couldn’t stop myself from showing it off. I was like, ‘Wow, this is going to be revolutionary.’ It’s so soft—gentle to the touch—and I just could not believe the price it’s going for.”
