Nick Cannon goes on Twitter rant about Mariah Carey split, says he loves her 'unconditionally'

Despite a reported gag order Mariah Carey has on Nick Cannon, he went on a Twitter rant about their split how the media is reporting on it on Wednesday night.

In the rant, he denied ever telling The Insider there was “trouble in paradise” when it comes to his six-year marriage to Carey, writing it’s the “dumbest phrase I've ever heard!”

He started off the series of tweets by saying he’s taken a break from social media but he’s back to clear up some misconceptions.

Cannon called the media “evil bottom feeders” when it comes to his divorce.

“For the record I NEVER have, nor will I make a statement regarding my marriage,” asking for privacy and respect at this time.

“What infuriates me most is to hear people slander @MariahCarey . I will forever be in debted to her for blessing me with our children...” he wrote, referring to rumors that Cannon didn’t trust her with their twins. “I will always love her unconditionally for this and so much more. @MariahCarey is an amazing Mother and I trust her wholeheartedly...”

He continued to write he can no longer “stay silent” about the rumors, reiterating, “I love @MariahCarey and that will never change!!!”
