Khloe Kardashian and her rapper boyfriend, French Montana, have reportedly decided to step back from their relationship.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star, who filed for divorce from her husband of four years, Lamar Odom, in Dec. 2013, reportedly thought he was becoming “too needy.”
"They are on a break. The relationship got too heavy and Khloe needed to take a step back,” a source told Us Weekly. "It grated on her that he became so dependent on her.”
Kardashian and the “Don’t Panic” rapper started dating in April and they did a few interviews about each other during their time together.
There was controversy over his Billboard interview, during which he stated he wanted to “capitalize” on her fame and he would “get a fanbase from anywhere.”
Kardashian took to Twitter shortly after to say, “It's amusing to me that Y'all think I don't see it. I was the first one to see it. I just don't care.”
He appeared on an episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, when Kardashian’s sister Kim met him and approved.
