American Hustle actor Christian Bale and his wife Sandra ‘Sibi’ Bale are expecting their second child.
According to People, the private couple debuted her baby bump at the Oscars’ red carpet, where her husband was nominated for best actor for his performance in American Hustle. Sibi tried to hide her bump in an all black gown. She has been spotted wearing black on multiple occasions to keep the news a secret.
Bale and his wife married in January of 2000 and are parents to an 8 year old girl who will be turning 9 this month notes US Weekly.
The Dark Knight Rises star and his reps have yet to make any comments on the news. But in 2010 Bale gushed about his family with Esquire Magazine notes E! saying, “The last few years of my life have been spent just watching animation – for my daughter – and getting a kick out of that. I love anything that she likes. If she’s getting a kick out of it, I love it. I find myself tearing up at the most ridiculous things now, sitting next to my daughter while she’s watching a movie. Me and my wife look at each other like, ‘Oh my God! Are we really doing this? Yes we are!”
