Aretha Franklin brings in Andre 3000 and Babyface for new music

Aretha Franklin is a musical legend and is not looking to stop recording music anytime soon, the soul queen herself has recruited Andre 300 and Babyface to help work on her upcoming record.

In a recent interview Franklin explained that Babyface will be working on all of the tracks of her upcoming album along with Andre 300 who is working on a couple of tracks for Franklin, Billboard reported.

Babyface hasn't started working on the record yet for Franklin, he is current guest starring with Toni Braxton in the Broadway musical "After Midnight." "After Midnight" tells the story and celebrates Duke Ellington's years at the Cotton Club back in Harlem. The show will be running until March 30th. After his time on stage concludes he will start work on Franklin's album.

Andre 300 is busy playing festivals all across the world with the newly reunited Outkast. The duo was just announced as one of the headliners for Forecastle Festival this year,Rolling Stone reported.

The only thing Franklin wanted for her birthday was a record deal for her granddaughter and her son. Both performed during the BET Honors special that highlighted Franklin's career so far.
