Man sues Chris Brown over basketball court altercation in 2013

Turns out Chris Brown’s Valentine’s Day was not filled with that much love. The singer had a lawsuit filed against him by Malcolm Ausbon, who claims the singer and his entourage of three men caused him to be in the hospital after a basketball court argument turned bad last summer.

Ausbon claims Brown charged at him after he tried to back away from the basketball court after Brown bragged that he was a member of the Bloods gang according to Starpulse.

The singer supposedly jumped Ausbon at 24 Hour Fitness when Brown disputed a foul around 11 p.m. on July 29, 2013 reported the New York Daily News.

As a result of the conflict, Ausbon alleges he had injuries to his face, head, neck, back, legs, and ribs and ended up in an emergency room. Further Ausbon claims he suffers now from embarrassment, fear, anxiety, and post dramatic stress.

This is not the first time Brown has found himself in the middle of a scandal. Brown is also currently fighting another criminal charge that he punched a man last October in Washington D.C. Brown is currently spending time in rehab for anger issues.
