Despite attempts by his lawyers to keep it sealed, the footage of Justin Bieber after his January arrest in Miami has been released.
The surveillance footage from a Miami Beach police station shows Bieber, 19, arguing with a police officer and failing his sobriety test.
A Miami judge agreed to release the 10 hours of footage after a hearing last week, which saw the Associated Press and other members of the media asking to make the footage public record.
According to AP, his lawyer had no problem with the footage being released but did ask that one part of it be eliminated from the public – the footage of the pop star urinating in a cup.
The drug test showed signs of Bieber smoking marijuana and traces of Xanax and alcohol.
Included in the released footage is Bieber, in red shoes and a baggy all-black outfit, stumbling as he tries to walk a straight line. Only some parts of the 10-hour footage show Bieber, others are uneventful.
Bieber was arrested on Jan. 23 for DUI, driving without a valid license and resisting arrest. This footage corroborates reports that he was being uncooperative with his arresting officer.
