Dina Eastwood has filed for legal separation from husband of 17 years, director Clint Eastwood. In the petition, she asks for spousal support as well as physical custody of their 16-year-old daughter Morgan.
As we previously reported, the couple has been living separately for over a year now. The story turned bizarre when it was rumored that they were involved in a sort of wife swap, with the director now dating an ex-wife of Dina’s friend, Erica Tomlinson-Fisher, and Dina in turn beginning to date Scott Fisher.
The Montery Herald notes the Eastwoods will divide their properties as stated in their “premarital agreement.”
The Million Dollar Baby director has six children with other women besides the daughter he shares with Dina. He was previously married to actress Maggie Johnson from 1953 to 1984. He’s currently in Los Angeles, shooting the film adaptation Jersey Boys.
Dina had a show on E! called Mrs. Eastwood & Company, which showed her life in Carmel, Calif. with daughter Morgan and stepdaughter Francesca, whose mother is actress Frances Fisher.
