Jamie Squillare claims that she had to have a sexual relationship with her supervisor to keep her job as set dresser on the 90210 TV show.
Squillare filed a lawsuit in California Superior Court on June 28.
She alleges that her supervisor, Michael Sunga, forced her to give him her first month’s wages and have a sexual relationship with him to keep her job.
"Ms. Squillare initially resisted, but in response to Mr. Sunga's constant threats, eventually obliged. Thus, the term of Ms. Squillare's employment was expressly or impliedly conditioned upon her acceptance of her supervisor's unwelcome advances," the lawsuit alleges.
The lawsuit names CBS Studios, EPSG Management Services, Eye Productions, 90210 Productions, and 20 individual people as defendants.
As the show’s art department leadman, Michael Sunga was in charge of props and dressers.
"We were just made aware of these allegations, therefore it is premature for us to comment at this time,” a CBS spokesman told The Hollywood Reporter .
