The Backstreet Boys offer advice to boy bands: 'Every chance you get, sign an autograph, take the picture'

The Backstreet Boys attended the Hilarity for Charity event on April 25 in Hollywood, California to benefit the National Alzheimer's Association, where they performed with actor Seth Rogen and offered up some advice to current boy bands out there.

BSB was joined by 31-year-old Rogen for a performance of their hit song "Everybody," tweeting afterward, "Seth Rogen is an honorary Backstreet Boy!"

The group also spoke to omg! Yahoo, who asked if they had any advice for current popular boy bands like One Direction and The Wanted.

33-year-old Nick Carter suggested, “Don’t give up, keep pushing for what you believe." 35-year-old A.J. McLean added, “Every chance you get, sign an autograph, take the picture, because without the fans, we wouldn’t have a 20-year career.”
