An overloaded vessel carrying Haitian migrants capsized about a half mile off the coast of Providenciales Island, though it is not clear what part of Haiti the vessel departed from. The bodies of some 22 migrants have been found so far. It is uncertain whether the migrants died before or after the capsizing. The vessel capsized while authorities were towing it, says the U.S. Coast Guard. The vessel capsized at around 4:30 a.m. Friday morning.The Coast Guard received a call for help at about 5:30 a.m. and is lending a hand in searching for over 50 migrants who are still missing. Around 73 have already been rescued by the search and rescue team, 10 of whom were clinging to the hull of the boat.The recovered survivors have told authorities that around 150 people were aboard the boat, which measured between 25 and 30 feet in length.
